The Story Behind Dvnly Healing and the creator of the Blog
Hi everybody, my name is Aldina, and I am the creator of DVNLY Healing. I was born in 1998 in Germany, and I come from a Bosnian heritage. My family consists of survivors that escaped the Bosnian genocide in the 90’s. I grew up far away from a lot of my family, but I still hold them so dearly in my heart.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in 2015 which was very difficult for me. Since then, I have tried so many different things to heal myself, but nothing really worked. I have struggled with anxiety, high stress, and depression for most of my life. I also struggled with allowing outside toxic forces to control my inner world, which only made things worse for me. After all this inner struggle, I finally decided to choose myself and work on myself. Through that journey, DVNLY Healing was born.
DVNLY Healing is a way for me to share my healing journey with the world, in hopes of helping someone out there. Nobody really talks about some of these issues that are growing rapidly in our generation, and I would like to bring light to our issues. I have learned to face my shadows and to embrace the dark within, and that is something that everyone needs to do to heal.
Through my healing journey, I have found comfort in spirituality and the divine. I am guided and protected by my angels, spirit guides, ancestors, and the Creator. Incorporating spirituality into my healing process is important because we are spiritual beings. I am a firm believer that you can only truly heal yourself if you heal your mental, physical, and spiritual aspects.
Because of this, I do focus on all aspects of us. I will give you advice on things that can heal you mentally, physically, and spiritually.
My ancestors have survived traumas and evil, and I don’t want to just survive. I want to thrive and live this beautiful life because they fought so hard for me to live. I am so grateful for everything that I have been through, and now I can share it with the world to learn and grow. Thank you for being here! I wish you all the best on your journeys to health.
